The Supreme Court of India is located in New Delhi and takes up the decisions which cannot be taken up in the High Court. So the Supreme Court is the main body that governs all the important decisions which are either related to the political field or the jurisdiction. The Supreme Court India has the power to question a decision taken by any of the courts at lower position. The suprem court of India had its first sitting in the year 1950 and since then it is trying its level best to deliver the best decision to the people. There are more than 24, 000 cases which have been solved by Supreme Court of India and there are still some pending ones for the Supreme Court. Thus you can look for a correct decision from the Supreme Court India or suprem court of India.

The suprem court of India is the highest body that holds its office in New Delhi. There are certain rules and policies which are laid down by the Supreme Court of India. All the necessary decisions taken by Supreme Court India are based on the policies. The people who are not satisfied with the decision can appeal to the Supreme Court or Supreme Court of India. Then a date is decided for the hearing and the judge of the Supreme Court India gives the final verdict. After the verdict of the Supreme Court no changes can be made to it and you have to follow it. Thus the suprem court of India takes precision while taking any kind of decision.
